We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  2. items without original tags, labels, or hygienic seals intact.
  3. Items returned without prior authorization from our Customer Care team.
  4. Returns requested after the policy timeframe has expired.
  5. Items where the reported issue cannot be verified through photographic or video evidence.


If you receive an item that is the wrong size or defective:

  3. The product must be permanently destroyed (cut through or otherwise rendered unusable) and evidence of this destruction sent to our Customer Care email.
  4. Our team will review your request within 7–14 business days.
  5. Once approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.
