Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers. As such, all sales are final except in cases of incorrect size (where the product received does not match your order) or manufacturing defects.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- items without original tags, labels, or hygienic seals intact.
- Items returned without prior authorization from our Customer Care team.
- Returns requested after the policy timeframe has expired.
- Items where the reported issue cannot be verified through photographic or video evidence.
If you receive an item that is the wrong size or defective:

Contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

Provide clear, timestamped photos or a short video showing the product, packaging, and defect or sizing issue.

The product must be permanently destroyed (cut through or otherwise rendered unusable) and evidence of this destruction sent to our Customer Care email.
- Our team will review your request within 7–14 business days.

Once approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request if the provided evidence is insufficient, altered, or inconsistent with our records.

Multiple return requests from the same customer may be subject to additional verification to prevent fraudulent activity.
