We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  2. items without original tags, labels, or hygienic seals intact.
  3. Items returned without prior authorization from our Customer Care team.
  4. Returns requested after the policy timeframe has expired.
  5. Items where the reported issue cannot be verified through photographic or video evidence.


If you receive an item that is the wrong size or defective:

  2. Provide clear, timestamped photos or a short video showing the product, packaging, and defect or sizing issue.
  3. The product must be permanently destroyed (cut through or otherwise rendered unusable) and evidence of this destruction sent to our Customer Care email.
  4. Our team will review your request within 7–14 business days.
  5. Once approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request if the provided evidence is insufficient, altered, or inconsistent with our records.
  • Multiple return requests from the same customer may be subject to additional verification to prevent fraudulent activity.
